Major KDP Studio work at agentic-web-services.com/kdp_service/ (index.html ~8000+ lines):

- New Project panel, autonomous book writer (Matrix 5 ~28,200 words, project 712bcce66b16)
- Cover designer: two-page KDP spread, layers panel, drag/resize, undo stack, zoom, Pexels tab, border guides
- BG color palette (32 swatches), section headers in layers column, Gemi chat at bottom of layers
- Mission buttons (Print/Illus) pre-fill Gemi chat with agent mission prompts
- Canvas/Chat/Cover pill buttons in cover designer topbar
- Fixed enterFullCanvas() dead-end when no project open (shows friendly placeholder)
- Book Wizard tab: full project overview, tree/expanded outline, characters, locations, AI regen
- Chapter Wizard tab: per-chapter params, regeneration (full/opening/ending), cwRegenerate()
- Back button in full canvas toolbar

**Why:** Building a full KDP book creation studio — from writing to cover design to publishing

**How to apply:** When working on KDP app, check current state of /var/www/html/wordpress/kdp_service/index.html and /opt/services/kdp_api.py. Always run node --check after JS edits.

Pending:
- Test Book Wizard / Chapter Wizard end-to-end
- Matrix 5 Chapter 6 "The Offer" (blocked by Gemini filter) needs to be written for project 712bcce66b16
- Cover designer export (html2canvas) noted as next build
- Free-write scratchpad mode: buildContextPrefix() should include editor content when no project open
