The People of the World v. The Deep State — A Prosecution for Crimes Against Humanity

The People of the World v. The Deep State — A Prosecution for Crimes Against Humanity

From “The Architecture of the Void — Prosecution Brief” | May 2026

Members of the tribunal, what I am about to lay before you is not a theory. It is a case. Every exhibit is sourced from government records, declassified files, congressional testimony, federal audits, patent filings, court transcripts, and the defendants’ own financial disclosures. This prosecution will demonstrate that a criminal network — operating above governments, across borders, and beneath the ground — has constructed an architecture of control designed to surveil, manipulate, and dominate the human population of this planet.

Every fact I am about to present has already been documented. The crime is not that no one knew. The crime is that no one was allowed to say it in a courtroom. Until now.

The Foundation

When Berlin fell in 1945, the United States did not defeat the Nazis — it absorbed them. Operation Paperclip imported over 1,600 Nazi scientists into the military, intelligence services, and space program. SS officers ran NASA. Allen Dulles recruited Hitler’s Eastern Front spy chief to build the CIA’s Cold War intelligence apparatus from his network of former SS and Gestapo officers. IG Farben — which manufactured Zyklon B using Auschwitz slave labor — was broken into Bayer, BASF, and Sanofi, and its convicted war criminals returned to chair their boards. The institutional DNA of the Third Reich was not destroyed. It was transplanted.

The Money

On September 10, 2001, Rumsfeld announced $2.3 trillion in untrackable Pentagon transactions. The next morning, Flight 77 destroyed the budget office, killing 34 of the 65 analysts tracing the money. By 2017, the cumulative total reached $21 trillion in indocumentable adjustments across DOD and HUD. The Pentagon has failed eight consecutive independent audits. In 2018, FASAB Statement 56 legalized the falsification of public financial statements for classified purposes. The books are not merely cooked — they are legally, officially, and permanently sealed.

The Underground

The money went somewhere. The government has built documented underground facilities since the 1940s — Cheyenne Mountain, Raven Rock, Mount Weather, Manzano Mountain. Los Alamos patented a nuclear tunneling machine in 1972. Naval Intelligence officer Bill Cooper reported in 1989 that seventy-five-plus underground bases existed, connected by high-speed transit and funded by black budgets. He was shot dead on his doorstep eight weeks after September 11. At 2017 prices, $21 trillion purchases 50,000 miles of underground rail, or 5,000 hardened installations, or both — many times over.

The Weapons

DARPA’s N3 program funded injectable nanoparticles capable of reading and writing neural activity without surgery. Rockefeller University holds U.S. Patent 10,786,570 B2 for remotely controlling cellular activity using RF-activated ferritin nanoparticles — deliverable through injection. Neuralink has implanted nine humans. The DOD’s 2026 strategy includes autonomous kill chain execution. The question is what “human in the loop” means when every layer of the loop is owned by private corporations whose financial interests are served by removing the human entirely.

The Case

What I have described is not a collection of unrelated scandals. It is a single architecture — built on Nazi foundations, funded by $21 trillion in unaccountable money, hidden underground, armed with biological and neurological weapons tested on citizens for eighty years, digitally consolidated under seven private corporations, and designed to culminate in a system capable of monitoring, modeling, and controlling every human being on Earth.

The original Nuremberg tribunal established that crimes against humanity have no statute of limitations. This prosecution invokes the same standard. The evidence is filed. The witnesses are the government’s own documents, its own patents, its own failed audits, its own declassified files, and the bodies of the people it killed for talking.

The prosecution rests its opening. And this time, the whole world is listening.
