Bill Cooper and the Blueprint for Dulce Base

Bill Cooper served in the United States Navy from 1965 to 1975, holding a Top Secret clearance as a KL-47 SPECAT operator on the intelligence briefing team for Admiral Bernard A. Clarey, Commander in Chief of the Pacific Fleet. His job was to prepare and deliver highly classified briefing documents to senior naval command.
What Cooper read in those secure briefing rooms exposed a parallel government structure operating entirely outside the United States Constitution. The backbone of this shadow network was a vast system of Deep Underground Military Bases, built with completely untraceable funds and connected by a clandestine subterranean high-speed transit system.
Cooper mapped out an underground civilization. He detailed over seventy-five deep underground bases across the nation, including a massive Nellis-Nevada Test Site complex and a Northrop installation in the Mojave Desert boasting forty-two underground levels connected by an underground tube-shuttle.
Most critically, Cooper pointed directly at the tiny town of Dulce, New Mexico, identifying a seven-level installation carved deep beneath Archuleta Mesa. He stated that these bases were part of a deep-state protocol known as “Alternative 2” — a continuity-of-civilization plan built to house and preserve a governing elite indefinitely below grade, leaving the surface population entirely unaware.
On June 28, 2001, Cooper used his nightly shortwave radio broadcast to issue a chillingly precise warning: a major attack was coming to a domestic target, and it would be blamed on Osama bin Laden. Seventy-five days later, the World Trade Center towers fell. Less than two months after that, Cooper was shot dead on his doorstep during a heavily armed raid. He was fifty-eight years old.
