Raven Rock: The Rosetta Stone of Underground Military Bases

The satellite image captures what the Department of Defense calls Site R — the Raven Rock Mountain Complex in Adams County, Pennsylvania, six miles north of Camp David. The facility maintains its own power plant, water treatment system, medical clinic, dining halls, and communications infrastructure connecting it to every node in the national command authority. It is, functionally, an underground city with a population capacity classified since its construction.

Raven Rock is the Rosetta Stone of the DUMB network because it is the one facility the government has partially acknowledged. Its existence proves the engineering capability.
