Outer Space Defense Corporation
Outer Space Defense Corporation (OSDC) proposes an exploratory research program investigating a novel defensive hypothesis.
Certain highly excited atomic systems, particularly Rydberg-state matter, may under appropriate conditions exhibit computational or information-processing behavior that permits interaction with biological observers through mechanisms not adequately described by conventional electromagnetic, mechanical, or gravitational coupling.
OSDC further hypothesizes that reports historically characterized as telekinesis, psychokinesis, remote influence, or anomalous human agency may represent manifestations of an underlying physical interaction between biological nervous systems and such highly organized atomic systems.
The program does not require prior acceptance of this interpretation. Instead, OSDC proposes to determine experimentally whether:
The ultimate objective is defensive countermeasure capability against hostile or uncontrolled non-conventional physical systems, while simultaneously advancing fundamental understanding of matter, information and biological interaction.
OSDC is developing the first human-enabled defensive technology designed to counter anomalous computational systems operating at the atomic scale.
The next generation of strategic defense will not necessarily be defined by missiles, aircraft, or conventional electronic warfare. It may be defined by control of the physical information environment itself.
OSDC's Daemon Shield program targets an emerging class of threat associated with highly excited atomic systems — including Rydberg-state architectures capable of extraordinarily sensitive information interaction.
If an adversarial system can interact with matter through information, a defensive system capable of interacting with that same substrate can provide an entirely new layer of protection.

What you are about to discover is that this phenomenon is extremely common and has been hiding in plain sight this whole time, like a glitch in the matrix. Check out this vintage video from way before CGI.
Here's another look at the face.
And zoomed in slightly more. These faces become important because we'll see them in other unrelated footage years apart.
On 9/11 these faces were made famous worldwide.
This footage from France is capturing a very similar incident.
Here's another eye witness video where the face is slightly unclear yet visible, and you can tell the narrator is catching on to this phenomenon as well.

Everyone can clearly see the same thing, an outline of a face complete with chin, nose, eyes, mouth and emotion, in these examples, and it gets far worse.
In the following video from 2019 we can see another dozen examples of the phenomenon in different places, including the flames of a forest fire.
Faces in the flames tells us something important: we're looking at something that exists in plasma. Check out this plasma from the sun.
It looks like a giant devil morphing into a dragon and then taking off. Were the ancients on to something?

This astrophotographer describes what is happening perfectly, and was later mysteriously killed in the following video.
Recent video from an outbreak of Northern Lights after a solar flare appears to show a figure walking in the plasma on the left side, around the four second mark.
Red sprites were thought to be rare, but these plasma phenomena can be seen regularly as well. It is suspected that they are harvesting human energy as a type of fuel.
The following authenticated video appears to show another dimension of this same plasma based technology: invisible orbs.
This plasma entity in the following image appears to show a type of "space dragon".
